8 Miler plus (Brooks)

Today Dave and I ran a little more than 8 miles. We did some tempo runs for most of the run. We finished it in 1 Hr and 3 minutes. Our pace was 7:45 seconds. The weather was awesome. Maybe we will do five for Wednesday.
