9 Miler

Dave's friend's house caught on fire. He was helping him so I ran by myself today. I ran 9 miles on city streets. I had to alternate from the streets to the sidewalks to avoid traffic. I wish people would SHOVEL their side walks! However, it was a nice run.

    Wow... 9 miles... good job! My longest (training) run is just over 8 miles... will soon be running a 10-miler.
