5 Mile Shamrock Run

After my poor outing at the Albany Winter Marathon....I decided to run the Shamrock Race. I have not run much in the past three weeks, since my knee has been sore, but I decided to give it a go. However, I was satisfied with my finish. My time was 32:59 with a pace of 6:36. I finished 31st overall and 4th in my age group.

4 miler

Tonight I ran around the high school. I started inside but it was about 50 degrees so I finished my run outside.

12 Miler

Today I decided to run 12 miles on a nice day.

The YMCA is soooo unorganized!

The results were messed up, so the Y hasn't posted them yet. They had names matched up with wrong bib numbers and wrong times. Every year they get it wrong. I do know that my time was 20:14. I almost broke the 20 minute mark. I finished 40 out of about 500 people, 5th in my age group.

Turkey Day Run 09

Tomorrow I will see how close I can get to breaking the 20 minute mark.

5 Mile Trail Run

Dave and I ran about 5 miles of trails in the park. It was pretty tough, but really nice.

3.5 twice

I ran 3.5 miles on Sunday and Wednesday.
